To meet the needs of their clientele, The Gabor Agency provides an extensive portfolio of products and services in the areas of 403(b) retirement plans, life insurance, long-term care, and disability benefits. We are currently seeking Financial Sales Representatives for multiple positions throughout Florida. You will have the ability to create your own financial success through helping clients enjoy their own. You don't need prior finance experience to join us, but you do need energy, great people skills, a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. We'll provide training, resources and support needed to do better than your best. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an independent, hard working and dedicated individual. You will have a targeted territory with a captive and warm audience to call upon at local universities and colleges. Our main products, retirement planning and insurance, are offered through convenient payroll deduction. You will also have additional investment and insurance products to offer clients both within and outside the university system.

    Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Apply a proven business model.
  • Develop new business by calling on a targeted list of clients.
  • Use a consultative approach to selling various products and services in the areas for 403(b) retirement plans, life insurance, long-term care and disability benefits. Products are offered through convenient payroll deduction.
  • Continue to develop and manage relationships with the existing base of customers.
  • Bonuses are available based upon production.

    Position Qualifications:

  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized; ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Must possess strong work ethic and self motivation to accomplish goals.

    Position Preferences:

  • Prior outside sales experience selling insurance and/or financial products.
  • Florida Life, Health, and Annuity License (215).
  • Valid Series 6 or Series 7.
  • Related Bachelors degree.

    Locations:
    We have several locations throughout the state of Florida: Boca Raton, Ft. Myers, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Pensacola, Sarasota, Tallahassee and Tampa.
